The CollegeHumor Show is a scripted sitcom that follows the daily lives of real-life employees of CollegeHumor.com. We follow nine CollegeHumor staff members. They each play key roles to the plots and humor of the the show. The staff members play themselves as they normally do, only they turn it up ten times more extreme. Crazy versions of themselves in a way. Most of the filming is in their real life Office in New York. They use the humor from their website and put it into extensions of Hardly Workings that they make. There is no limit to the excitement that can happen with the CollegeHumor Show.

When The staff hears about a new hot girl they have to get ready. Amir and Pat find out about the new co-worker. They are both especially determined to win her heart. Who will the Hot girl choose. Meanwhile Sam and Dan have a dilemma of their own, involving them both getting single, without having to break up with their girlfriends, themselves, it's complicated.
When Sarah needs to get a new boyfriend, the guys feel they need to help her. They eventually find a guy named Trip, who is a mediocre magician. Will Sarah be OK with this guy or is he not what the guys bargained for.
The CollegeHumor staff wakes up one morning in a not-so-normal setting. Everyone is still in their night-before clothes, hungover, while still at work. What exactly happened the night before? Streeter is the first to wake up when the phone...
