Foul-mouthed, washed-up major-league pitcher Kenny Powers returns to his North Carolina hometown, where he moves in with his straitlaced older brother and his family and starts teaching phys ed at his former middle school. This HBO comedy is produced by Will Ferrell and stars Danny McBride.

Stevie gets the scoop on a promising high-school pitcher who could be Kenny's competition; Cassie proposes to sell Kenny's baseball mementos on the Internet; Kenny commits to a new exercise regimen.
Dismayed by the idea of selling his Jet Ski for extra money, Kenny seeks an endorsement deal from a car dealership, but the owner (Will Ferrell) makes some potentially dangerous demands. Later, Kenny and Clegg crash a middle-school dance.
