Dealing with life in a studio at NBC's 30 Rockefeller Plaza (the title is a shortening of that), the show centers around Liz Lemon, played by Saturday Night Live's Tina Fey, who's the head writer of The Girlie Show. When her old boss dies and a new boss comes in (Alec Baldwin as Jack Donaghy), demanding the addition of a volatile former movie star (and re-branding the show TGS with Tracy Jordan in the process), Liz must figure out how to keep things running smoothly without losing her mind.
It's the highs and woes of Valentine's Day: Jack's heart thumps for a fetching CNBC host (Elizabeth Banks); Liz schedules a root canal to elude loneliness; and Jenna is horrified when her stalker grows disinterested in her. Jon Bon Jovi appears as himself.

When production gets under way on Liz's brand-new talk show, "Dealbreakers," Jack connives to make the program a hit while tangling with nemesis Devin Banks (Will Arnett). Meanwhile, Tracy tries to prove his love to his wife (Sherri Shepherd) by participating in the ultimate Hollywood challenge
Sam, Dean and Castiel track down the Colt and head off to find Lucifer to send him back to Hell. It’s a hunters’ reunion when the crew joins forces with Bobby, Ellen and Jo for what could be their last night on Earth.
The crew awaits the arrival of the new cast member; Tracy and Jenna rethink how they treat Kenneth; Jack offers Liz a talk show.
